BACKGROUND: A permanent utility and roadway easement is required from The Barrington Family Trust for the Wolf Creek Bridge Project # EN2204 along the east and west side of SW 11th Street. The property owners have requested a revocable permit that would allow the fence to be constructed within the easement area, and requests that they receive 30-day notice if they need to move or relocate the fence, except in emergency situations, no notice shall be required. The property owners have agreed to $78,160 for the required easement.
