BACKGROUND: The proposed Agreement would enable the Museum of the Great Plains Trust Authority to fund the continued operation of the Museum, thereby encouraging tourism and enhancing economic development in the City. The funds requested and subsequently provided under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($500,000.00), based on the budgeted amount approved by the City Council for the Museum in the City’s Fiscal Year 2024-2025 budget.
