BACKGROUND: Construction plans were approved by Council in 2016 for the new sanitary sewer line to serve Lot 3, Block 3, Lawton Industrial Park, Part 2. Upon inspection by Public Utilities the original sewer line did not have tracer wire and had reverse flow. The sewer line was finally replaced this year, all issues have been resolved and the sewer line has passed final inspections by Public Utilities. The cost of construction was $29,087.00. The maintenance bond is in the amount of $4,363.05. The consulting engineer was Lester Sieger with Landmark Engineering.
The City Planning Commission made a recommendation to approve on September 26, 2024.
