BACKGROUND: Permanent utility, right-of-way, and access easements are required from the adjacent property owners along SW 38th Street for the SW 38th Street Waterline Project # EN2102A. LWB Holdings, LLC. is the owner of the property located at approximately 3743 SW Lee Boulevard. Larry Adair, a member of LWB Holdings, LLC. has agreed to the amount of $35,675 for the required easement.
