BACKGROUND: On March 14, 2023, the City Council approved the acquisition of a temporary utility easement from Mattie L. Boyles 1999 Trust for the installation of the South Wolf Creek sanitary sewer main in the designated location, as part of Project No. 18-ISSES. As the construction of the sewer main is currently in progress, Ms. Boyles expressed a preference for the sewer main to be positioned further away from the nearby residences than initially planned. To accommodate her request, the temporary utility easement document was revised to a permanent utility easement. Ms. Boyles agreed to donate and sign the permanent utility easement.
