BACKGROUND: The City recently issued a request for proposals to select a concessionaire for Ralph’s Resort. In response, four proposals were received. Before finalizing a recommendation on proposal selection, staff would like to present additional details regarding the Ralph’s Resort property and receive direction as Council deems necessary.
