BACKGROUND: In November of 2023, Dobson struck a traffic control line when installing fiber optic cable at NW Ft Sill Blvd and NW Cache Rd. Proceeds were obtained on January 24th, 2025. This budget amendment would place the funds in the electronics maintenance repair and maintenance account to provide essential services to the city of Lawton, of which the funds were unexpectedly expensed last year by negligence of an outside party.
