BACKGROUND: This is also a companion item to the previous ordinances that were approved. This is in reference to the surety bond that is required for sign contractors. This Resolution removes it from Article B-7 and places it in Article B-6. Also while staff is amending Article B-6, we are removing the requirement for a bond for plumbing contractor to have. Staff is not aware of this ever being enforced so this is just housekeeping to match the process.
