BACKGROUND: Permanent utility, right-of-way, and access easements are required from adjacent property owners along SW 38th Street for the SW 38th Street Waterline Project # EN2102A. Bentley Investments agreed to $10,345 and LaDonna McKinzie agreed to $9,023 for the required easements.
