BACKGROUND: While closing out the file, staff discovered that the legal description was listed incorrectly on Ordinance No. 23-20. This ordinance was for the change of zoning classification for Lots 11-12, Block 6, Lee Addition. The re-zoning from R-1 Single-Family Dwelling District to C-1 Local Commercial District was approved on May 23, 2023. The legal description that was incorrectly listed was Lot 10-12, Block 14, Mountain View Addition. This was the first and only time that the legal description was listed incorrectly in the entire Rezoning process. All public hearing notices had the correct legal descriptions.

The corrected Ordinance is attached.
