BACKGROUND: The contract CL23-038 Sodding & Grassing is currently in effect until August 30, 2024. The Public Utilities Department have recommended to extend the contract for an additional year. The vendor has met and/or exceeded all contract requirements. The vendor has agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process.
