BACKGROUND: Permanent easements are required from Lawton Economic Development Authority and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for right-of-way and utility relocation along the east side of SW 112^th Street to serve Westwin Elements Inc, located at 10925 SW Bishop Road. Lawton Economic Development Authority and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company have agreed to donate the required easements.
