BACKGROUND: The contract CL24-015 Electro Fusion Polyethylene Pipe Fittings is currently in effect. The vendor, Core & Main, LP has agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and prices currently in effect. This contract is necessary to continue repair, maintenance, and construction of the sewer system. The recommendation has been received from the Public Utilities Department that the contract be extended with Core & Main, LP for an additional year. The vendor has satisfactorily fulfilled the terms and conditions of the current contract. The contract for these sewer system fittings is essential in maintaining a safe community for our citizens in accordance with the True North Culture Statement.
