BACKGROUND: Krista’s Corner is 9.205 acres and is being divided into 5 lots. This plat is located on the east side of SW 52nd St. and north of SW Bishop Road. The current zoning is C-4 Tourist Commercial District. The property owner is Waterstone Properties LLC There are no public improvements to be constructed with this plat. There is a note on the plat that all main structures must be located within 400 feet of a public Fire Hydrant.
The Planning Department, Public Utilities, Fire Marshals and Stormwater Division have reviewed the plat and recommends approval.
The City Planning Commission recommended approval of the record plat on February 13, 2025 with a vote of 7-0.
