BACKGROUND: Over the past couple of years, LATS has been actively working to improve transportation services for the Lawton community. Through surveys and feedback from local residents, we have identified several key areas for improvement and potential new services. This presentation is to provide a status report of our recent efforts to provide world class customer service and to provide an update on the status of the new LATS transfer center.
