BACKGROUND: On June 27, 2023, City Council approved the Master Service Agreement with Garver, LLC. Amendment No. 9 includes services associated with the design and construction of rehabilitating approximately 14,500 linear feet of dilapidated sewer main lines through the pipe bursting method throughout the City of Lawton, maps 30, 37, 38, 40, 41, 43, 45, 46, 53, 57, 58, 59, and 60.
This project benefits the citizen by providing a safe community in accordance with the True North Statement.
