BACKGROUND: The public accounting firm of Forvis -Mazars, LLP, as engaged by the City presented a draft version of the City of Lawton’s financial statements on November 12, 2024. This is the final version with no material changes having been made. It is being presented to you for your acceptance per Council Policy 2-9 Municipal Securities Disclosure Policy, 2024.
EXHIBIT: The financial statements and audit report for fiscal year ended June 30, 2023, will be on file in the City Clerk’s Office and distributed to the Mayor/Councilmembers immediately upon receipt.
