BACKGROUND: Temporary and permanent utility and access easements are required for the Cache Road water main and sidewalk project # PU2107. After negotiations with the property owner, the amount agreed upon for the easements at 1704 NW Cache Road to Lucas Steele is $13,200 and for the easements at 1712 NW Cache Road to Steele Properties, LLC is $13,200.
The rehabilitation of the water system provides for a safe community through safe drinking water and places the Citizens first, in accordance with the goals of the True North Culture Statement.
