BACKGROUND: The contract CL24-002 Precast Concrete Manholes (Small) is currently in effect until September 30, 2024. The vendor has agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process. The Public Utilities Department has recommended to extend the contract for an additional year. The vendor has met and/or exceeded all contract requirements.
