BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton solicited bids for contract (RFPCL25-012) Rental or Lease Work Clothing. Bid invitations were sent out September 27, 2024 and the bid opening was held on October 9, 2024. One responsive bid was received, and it is the departments recommendation to award the contract to UNIFIRST Corp. UNIFIRST Corp had the previous contract for the last 3 years and they have met/exceeded all contract requirements. The new contract period will be January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025, with the option of 2 yearly extensions upon council approval annually.
