BACKGROUND: In the budget process, staff anticipated a $50,000 award from AmeriCorps. The Notice of Grant Award letter dated 8/26/2024 indicated a $52,500 award with the extra $2,500 as a one-time additional funding for travel related to training. This budget amendment would make the additional one-time funding of $2,500 available to use this FY.
