BACKGROUND: On June 27, 2023 Council signed a Professional Services Agreement with C.H. Guernsey for Project PR2402-Museum of the Great Plains Infiltration and Mitigation for initial architectural design services in the amount of $15,810.00. On September 12, 2023 Amendment No. 1 was approved by Council for additional mechanical and electrical equipment evaluation services in the amount of $8,800.00. Amendment No.1 revised the total contract amount to $24,610.00.
Amendment No. 2 includes additional Architectural/Engineering Services for Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Construction Phase services on the Project PR2402-Museum of the Great Plains Infiltration and Mitigation. This Amendment includes additional services in the amount of $376,076.00 for a revised total contract amount of $400,686.00.
