BACKGROUND: In previous years, there has been an agreement between the Center for Economic Development Law (CEDL), the City and Lawton Economic Development Authority (LEDA). Additionally, CEDL has had a separate agreement with LEDA. It was determined there is not a need for an agreement between CEDL, LEDA and the City. Rather, it would be best to have a separate agreement with the City for matters that may not be LEDA related. Attorney rates are $275.00 - $300.00 per hour, other rates vary from $55- $100.00 per hour.
