BACKGROUND: On July23, 2024, a schematic design was presented to Council with conceptual site plans for renovating the existing Animal Welfare facility and constructing a new pet adoption center adjacent to the existing facility.
Amendment No. 1 includes additional services for Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Phase services on Project EN2304 Animal Welfare Building. The total fees included in Amendment No. 1 equal $468,700.00. This makes the total contract amount including original amount of $15,200 to be $483,900.00.
