BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton solicited bids for contract RFPCL25-008 ATM Services. Bid invitations were sent out August 20, 2024 and the bid opening was held on August 23, 2024. Two responsive bids were received, and it is the departments recommendation to award the contract to Oklahoma ATM. Oklahoma ATM had the previous contract for the last 3 years and they have met/exceeded all contract requirements. The new contract period will be September 15, 2024 - September 14, 2025, with no option of extension.
