BACKGROUND: On January 22, 2024, Council approved a Standard Form of Agreement with GH2 Architects, LLC. in the amount of $45,400.00 to provide initial services/schematic design architectural services for Project PR2310 East Side and Lee West Park Improvements. The initial services were focused on constructing two new splash pad structures at East Side and Lee West Park that will include construction of a new parking lot, restroom facilities, and sidewalks.
Amendment No. 1 includes additional services for Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Phase services on Project PR2310 for East Side and Lee West Park Improvements as presented in the Initial Services phase item 1.2 in the contract. Total fees included in Amendment No. 1 equal $101,950.00. This makes the total contract amount including original amount of $45,500 to be $147,450.00.
