BACKGROUND: The overall share for the project is $13,782,348.85 with the total ODOT share as $8,626,791.70. And City’s share as $5,155,557.15. Duit Construction Company is the Construction Contractor for the City Project No. EN1208 Gore Blvd Reconstruction from 67th St to 82nd St, the Department of Transportation of the State of Oklahoma Project Number JP19144(04), State Job Number STP-116B(059) MS.
Change Order No. 2 adds pay items for the removal of 5 abandoned AT&T junction boxes and the adjustment of 3 active AT&T junction boxes to grade, in the amount of $17,095.03. Change Order No. 2 will remove existing AT&T junction boxes and adjust the grade to maintain access after construction is complete. The cost for this change order will be shared by City and ODOT.
