BACKGROUND: The Neighborhood Traffic Calming Policy was initially adopted by council in August of 2020 in resolution 2020-71. In February of 2022, a change of methods to request speed tables was approved by council, however the Neighborhood Traffic Calming Policy was not updated to reflect that change. This revision incorporates that council approved change of procedure while also addressing other concerns regarding fiscal transparency and speed table types levied during that same discussion.
