INITIATOR:  Christine James, Planning Director

STAFF INFORMATION SOURCE:  Ryan Landers, LATS General Manager

BACKGROUND: LATS maintenance and operations facility includes a petroleum storage tank that requires an annual permit from the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. The invoice for the annual permit fee is currently addressed to 103 SW 4th Street. The invoice is usually forwarded to City Hall, however the fee is paid by LATS, this can cause delays in LATS receiving the invoice and results in late fees that the City does not reimburse LATS for.
