BACKGROUND: Current State Law, 22 O.S. section 60.1 defines the definitions under Domestic Abuse to include Harassment, Intimate Partner, Dating Relationship, and Stalking. Lawton City Code definitions have been amended and added to in order to reflect the State Law.
