BACKGROUND: The current contract for ATM Services is set to expire on August 30, 2024. Bid documents for a new contract were posted on July 9, 2024, and bids were scheduled to be opened on July 24, 2024. Bids are required to remain sealed prior to the bid opening; however, one bid was inadvertently opened. In fairness of all parties, staff recommends that City Council reject all bids, cancel the bid opening scheduled for July 24, 2024, and authorize staff to re-advertise the contract for award.
