BACKGROUND: The overall share for the project is $13,782,348.85 with the total ODOT share as $8,626,791.70. And City’s share as $5,155,557.15. Duit Construction Company is the Construction Contractor for the City Project No. EN1208 Gore Blvd Reconstruction from 67th St to 82nd St, the Department of Transportation of the State of Oklahoma Project Number JP19144(04), State Job Number STP-116B(059) MS.
Change Order No. 1 adds pay items for Type III barricades and Type A lights in the total amount 21,397.50 (ODOT-City shared Cost). Change Order No. 3 is non-participating change order (at City’s cost) to relocate a waterline that conflicts with the storm sewer system being installed on this project which will be in the amount $11,865.90. Change Order 2 provides pay items for removal of 5 AT&T vaults and 3 adjustments of the manhole to grade which are in the way and currently being drafted at ODOT.
