BACKGROUND: The primary service of the project is to counteract malnutrition among elderly and/or disabled homebound persons by delivering to each accepted recipient one hot meal a day, five days per week. The number of meals delivered per day, under this agreement, shall be an average of not less than fifty (50) meals. The proposed agreement will commence July 1, 2024, with funds paid to Mobile Meals in twelve (12) equal payments of $4,029.00 per month and will end June 30, 2025 and will be subject to receipt of a requisition for payment specifying performance of work accomplished.
