BACKGROUND: On July 9th, 2024, City Council approved staff proposed allocations of hotel/motel tax revenue for FY 2025. This resolution reflects allocations approved by City Council during that meeting.  The resolution updates languages, to include removing the reference to Lawton Lodging LLC and adding a reference to Section 10-15-3-312 of city code.
