BACKGROUND: On June 25, 2024, City Council voted to revoke U.S. Cellular’s Small Cell Wireless Facility Permit for the facility located in the street right-of-way of NW Cheyenne Avenue between NW 67th Street and NW Arrowhead Drive, adjacent to 6432 NW Arrowhead Drive. On July 11, 2024, a certified letter was mailed to U.S. Cellular notifying them of the revocation and giving them 90 days to remove their equipment from the site and to return the site to its original condition. Upon the expiration of the 90 day notification period, October 9, 2024, the partial release will be filed of record with the Comanche County Clerk’s office.
