BACKGROUND: The Building Division currently has 4 administrative assistants that take payments daily. Each one currently only has $100.00 as their start up drawer. We are asking to increase this to $200.00 per person. This will allow us to better help the citizens as they come in so that we don’t have to constantly go over to Utility Services to get change when someone pays with a big bill. This is in accordance with the True North Culture Statement in that we are able to better serve the citizens and be even more open for business.
