BACKGROUND: This is a necessary companion item to accept the Opioid Abatement Grant. The City of Lawton has been conditionally awarded an Opioid Abatement Grant. The grant application included a partnership with the Comanche County Health Department. An executed Agreement is one of the documents required to receive the grant. Funds are to be used for opioid prevention strategies/programs, which CCHD will assist with the facilitation of such programs.
