BACKGROUND: The contract RFPCL23-030 Tree Trimming and Tree Maintenance is currently in effect until July 31, 2024. The vendor has agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process. The Parks and Recreation Department have recommended to extend the contract for an additional year. This tree contract is to maintain height clearance of street rights-of-way. The City may additionally use this contract to maintain other trees upon City property including drainage ways. The vendor has met and/or exceeded all contract requirements.
