BACKGROUND: The contract CL23-025 Rock Hauling is currently in effect until July 31, 2024. Both the primary and secondary vendors have agreed to the contract extension with the same terms, conditions, and process. The Public Utilities Department have recommended to extend the contract for an additional year. This contract allows for rock hauling on an as needed basis. The vendor(s) has met and/or exceeded all contract requirements.
