BACKGROUND: The subject property is Hardrock Surfaces and Brady’s Glass and is located on the south side of SW D Ave. The subject fence will be located on the north side of SW E Ave. The applicant is requesting to construct approximately 215 feet of 7-foot-tall chain-link fence and gates approximately 10 feet behind the curb of SW E Ave.
