BACKGROUND: Article 19-5 of the current city code provides direction on the construction of boathouses located at the city’s lakes.  Occasionally boathouse owners wish to make modifications that may be in conflict with the existing city code. This resolution if approved, will coincide with the code change that allows for an appeal process to hear variance requests concerning boathouse construction regulations.
