BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton solicited bids for contract (CL24-020) HVAC Services for heating and air conditioning maintenance and repair services of all City buildings. The contract is divided into five building groups. Bid invitations were sent out April 30, 2024 and the bid opening was held on May 22, 2024. Two responsive bids and one non-responsive bid were received. It is the departments recommendation to award the contract to the two responsive vendors so one company is not overwhelmed with all maintenance and services for all building groups. The contract period will be July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025, with the option of 2 yearly extensions upon council approval annually.
