BACKGROUND: The CIP (Capital Improvement Program) Dashboard is a crucial tool designed to provide citizens with complete and transparent access to the statuses of various CIP projects. This initiative aligns with our commitment to the True North Culture Statement, which emphasizes building transparency and trust within our community. By offering a forward-facing portal, we aim to keep our citizens informed and engaged, ensuring they have real-time information on project progress and resource allocation. However, there have been ongoing issues with making the forward-facing portion of the portal accessible to the public. Staff have been diligently working to resolve these technical challenges and will provide an update on the current status and steps being taken to address these issues.
