BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton has a current agreement with Doerner, Saunder, Daniel & Anderson, LLP for their immigration law expertise. The immigration employment visa process is lengthy and requires the expertise of a practicing immigration attorney. The City of Lawton has a current agreement with Doerner, Saunder, Daniel & Anderson, LLP for the immigration law expertise. Hourly attorney rates vary from $300.00 - $495.00 per hour based on the attorney’s experience level. Hourly non-attorney rates vary from $125-$180 per hour. These rates are the same as our current rates. The Agreement outlines potential additional administrative fees and filing fees. The City Attorney has the authority under the agreement to authorize additional hours of work, if necessary. This renewed Agreement is for FY24-25.
