BACKGROUND: Temporary construction easements and permanent utility and access easements are required from adjacent property owners for the SW 38th Street Waterline Project # EN2102A. The property owners referenced above have agreed to donate the required easements.
The rehabilitation of the water system provides for a safe community through safe drinking water and places the Citizens first, in accordance with the goals of the True North Statement.
