BACKGROUND: Designated recipients of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funds must provide documentation to the FTA showing how the 5307, 5310, 5337, and 5339(a) formula apportionments will be split among multiple Direct Recipients in urbanized areas. The City of Lawton Transit Trust is a direct recipient and as such FTA can only make grants to Direct Recipients after the Designated Recipient provides a split/suballocation letter to the FTA regional office.

Split Letter for 2024 5307 funds - $16,542.00 - Adjustment
Approval for submitting grants must still have full Transit Trust authorization. This resolution authorizes the Chairman to sign these split/suballocation letters.
