BACKGROUND: The City of Lawton solicited bids for RFPCL24-017 City of Lawton Security Contract. This service is necessary to ensure the safety of personnel and assets effectively and efficiently at City Hall and other City facilities. Two (2) bids were received and opened on April 24, 2024. After reviewing the bids, it is the department recommendation to award RFPCL24-017 City of Lawton Security Contract to Triangle Security Services, LLC of Lawton, OK as the lowest responsive bidder. The proposal submitted by Triangle Security outlines a comprehensive approach to security, encompassing surveillance, access control, emergency response protocols, and ongoing training for security personnel.
