BACKGROUND: Council Policy 4-3 was revised in February of 2023, as Disclosure Coordination duties were assigned within the Legal Department. At the time of revision, the policy was not renumbered to be categorized with the Legal Council Policies. The policy incorporates the changes from February of 2023; renumbering is the only change to the policy at this time.
