BACKGROUND: Ralph’s Resort is located at Lake Elsworth and is currently under lease with the lease set to expire as of December 31, 2024. The purpose of this Executive Session, pursuant to Section 307B.3, Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes, is to discuss the value and the purchase of the real property, including anything attached to or erected on said property contained within the asset list of the lease document.
