INITIATOR:  Tim Wilson, Interim City Attorney

STAFF INFORMATION SOURCE:  Tim Wilson, Interim City Attorney

BACKGROUND: Sometime between 2015 and present the definition of disqualified/ineligible vendor/contractor was inadvertently altered in Municode.  The proposed ordinance remedies this by updating the definition to accurately encompass a vendor/contractor who has failed to perform all the terms or conditions or failed to provide the product or service on any contract awarded by the city of any of its agencies.
